Amended Memorandum of Association

The name of the Society will be: The Society for the Enhancement of Wild Salmon Stocks WSU.

On a volunteer and non-profit basis, the objectives of the society are:

• To protect the environment for the benefit of the public by restoring wild salmon to their native rivers in Canada; and
• To do all such things as are incidental or ancillary to the attainment of the above purpose.

Provided that:

• The Society shall not carry on any trade, industry, or business.
• All funds shall be used solely for the purposes of the Society and the promotion of its objects.
• Upon dissolution of the Society and after payment of all debts and liabilities, its remaining property shall be distributed or disposed of to qualified donees described in subsection 149.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (“Charitable Status”).
• The activities of the Society are to be carried out in Canada.
